As a Master Trainer, I have almost a decade of experience. I earned my first certification while deployed to Afghanistan during my 5 year service in the US Army where I served as a Military Police Sergeant. Going into the military, I was overweight and out of shape. It was during my service that I found my passion of fitness. Not only did it show me how good it feels to be comfortable in your own body but it showed me the therapy that the gym can be. The feeling of going into the gym and working until all your stress is gone is the best gift to give to yourself. It's that feeling I love introducing to people. Fitness isn't only for your body; it's for your mind, body and spirit.

           Fascial Stretch Therapy


Fascial Stretch Therapy is a unique system of manual therapy, which has proved to be highly successful in the treatment of common neuromyofascial imbalances, disorders and dysfunctions. First developed by Ann and Chris Fredrick in the early 1990s, the method is now recognized for restoring and maintaining healthy neurological, musculoskeletal and fascial systems. Fascial Stretch Therapy is used by athletes, seniors, and people with chronic pain all over the world with results you'll have to feel to believe.



The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It is one of my favorite forms of functional exercises since it can be used by everyone for a wide range of exercises.
