            Chantel Grant, Owner 

As a Master Trainer, I have almost a decade of experience as a personal trainer. I earned my first certification while deployed to Afghanistan during my five year service in the US Army where I served as a Military Police Sergeant. Going into the military, I was overweight and out of shape. During my first year of service, I had a leader who showed me how to use the gym to not only to get in better shape, but to allow it to be a sort of mental and emotional therapy. The feeling of going into the gym and working until all your stress is gone is the best gift to give to yourself.  Fitness isn't only for your body; it's for your mind, body and spirit. It's that feeling I love introducing to people and why I am so passionate about spreading my knowledge to others.

Beyond my fitness history, I am a mother of two and am studying kinesiology. I enjoy hiking, movies and art. I grew up in Fresno, California until 2010 when I joined the military. I have lived in Southern California since late 2014 and immediately fell in love with it and it's residents.
