Relative to other doctors he seems to do his best to keep appointments on time (believe me – hard to find). I have rarely waited more than 15-20min past my appointment time. He also takes the time to hear you out, explain the rationale behind his decisions, and is careful to review your medication history and check for interactions.

I reseach symptoms I think I may have and he always listens to my opinions and educate me in detail when he uses terms I don’t understand & I love it when he pulls out his medical book to show me diagrams if necessary.   • Being at 235 pounds still a year after giving birth to my baby girl, was hard to have any confidence in myself. I’ve never been that heavy. At 5’2 it was not easy to hide. I had tried several and I mean several different diet pills and shakes and bars and powders, you name it I’m sure I’ve tried it. I even had tried going to different weight loss clinics and was successful at losing some weight but as soon as I got off the medication they had prescribed me, the weight came right back and more. I thought to myself maybe this is how I’m suppose to be and finally stopped all the nonsense and excepted my obesity. I blamed my genetics and then my husband for cooking soul food, when I was the one to blame. I came across a colleague of my husbands and couldn’t believe that only 6 months ago she had a baby boy and had lost the 50 pounds she had gained. That’s when she told me about Brad and how much knowledge he had on food and on the right way to exercise and how motivating he was. I had to meet this guy…. and since he has been guiding me I’ve lost 52 pounds in about five months. I would never know what I know today if it wasn’t for Brad. His knowledge on food is what gave me the energy to exercise and keep going for the rest of the day. He showed me the healthy way to fat loss and keep it off. He had told me that there is no magic pill or shake just the right support and state of mind to believe that I can do this. He’s definitely in my top 5 of people I have most respect for and appreciate. He’s very caring and wants to help others achieve their weight goals or to a healthier life style.   • I am thrilled with the results I have achieved thus far since beginning the customized nutrition and exercise prescription program. The personalized nutrition plan has been of immense help to me in eliminating or minimizing the impact of some bad habits I had acquired, namely too much fat in my diet. Instead of feeling like I am “dragging” into the office, I actually feel energetic, ready to go. The functional exercises were found to be very beneficial. My muscles became more toned, I felt stronger, and the majority of exercises that were shown to me were exercises that can be modified to be done without expensive gym equipment, making it very easy for me to do it at home also. I think that is important, because if I can’t continue training at the practice, I would be able to continue training at my home, and I think it would be far too easy to slip back into bad habits if I wasn’t taught how to continue to train on my own. I really can’t say enough how very pleased I am with the results, and I would recommend this course of action for others. My weight has dropped to as low as 142 pounds from a start weight of 164 pounds. I am very happy with the results.
  • I have been overweight most of my life and have tried every diet known to man.  I have always lost weight, but as soon as the dieting stopped, the weight came right back and more. When I met Brad, he spoke with me for almost an hour about the difference between “fad” diets and understanding your metabolism, your body and soul.  He is so passionate about helping others understand how the body works and how food interacts with it.  I’ve been in the medical field for many years and was impressed with his knowledge and even learned many things about the body as a whole. I have lost over 40 pounds in six months, and have learned that there is no such thing as diet.  I have my self esteem back and am getting healthier every day.  Brad has taught me a new way of life; not a new way of eating.  He is very meticulous and wants nothing more than to help people lead healthier, happier lives and always remains positive.  I honestly don’t know where I would be without him today. I am so grateful that I met him and can count on him to get me back to my healthy self.

He explains and describes things very well, often bringing his medical books in to help teach me about my condition or anatomy. Dr. Malibiran is very professional. With guidance and encouragement from Bradley Aubry, I maintained daily food logs, learned more about nutrients, vitamins, and my body’s needs at different times during the day.  While I managed to lose more than 40 pounds, what I gained in terms of insight and habits is immeasurable. Bradley always presented the information to me in a way that was straightforward, but helpful—discerning that carbohydrates after a workout would be burned more efficiently than before or helping me be aware of the sodium hidden in foods.   • Hi everyone, my name is Teri and I would like to share my journey with you. You will, just like me, be able to lose your unwanted pounds, feel good about yourself, and most importantly BE HEALTHY. My journey started almost 2 years ago while sitting in my doctor’s office. I knew that some extra weight had been put on and that I was up to a size 20-22. What I didn’t know is that my life would change that day. My doctor rolled her little stool right up to me, put her finger in my face and told me if I didn’t lose weight I would never live to see my grand babies grow up. I was officially a ticking time bomb with very unhealthy blood levels and high blood pressure. My joints hurt and the thought of exercise was out of the question. But for Christmas my husband and I decided to give ourselves gym memberships. We had a plan to get some weight off and to become healthy. We became faithful gym members. One day while working out my husband said he felt coldness in his chest, this unfortunately leads to my husband having open hearth surgery; very unexpected news for us both. We were told that he had severe heart damage and we needed to change our eating habits and exercise more. They said walk, walk, walk, you can never walk enough. My husband recovered well from the surgery and we began walking together soon after. We began to feel better, and guess what, the weight started coming off. That gym membership saved his life. We were told that if we had not started working out he might not be here today. This is the part where our mission in life was to get healthy, eat right, exercise, and love and live like there was No tomorrow. A few months later is when I met Bradley and started doing some personal training sessions with him. He has helped me out more than I could put into words. He taught me how and what to eat. He also taught me how to put foods together to make the correct fuel mixtures for my unique metabolism. He taught me about nutrition and exercise. He went through a lot with me in the beginning, I struggled and quit, went back and struggled some more. He NEVER gave up on me and was always motivating and picking me back up. I have to say, I am such a better person now in so many ways. I only have a few more pounds to get off and I will have reached my goal of losing 70lbs. I know that Bradley and I together will reach this goal. I wish everyone out there could be me for just one day to see how much better I feel, how much more energy I have and If I do say so myself how much better I look. Thanks Bradley for helping me with this journey and being there to see the results. You have not only changed the way I am on the outside, but you have also changed the way I am on the inside.   • My only experience with personal trainers was what I had seen on reality TV and I wasn’t sure I was going to like it. Bradley is nothing like that. The first thing I noticed about Bradley is his love of life and passion for health and wellbeing – body, mind and soul. As I started to get to know him and train with him, his enthusiasm rubbed off on me and I find I have a new found interest in nutrition, fitness and peace of mind. Bradley encourages me and pushes me to go farther than I can without bullying me (like I had seen on those reality shows). He is genuinely interested in my success. He takes the time to get to know me, understand my life and work with me to achieve results. He is very motivational and I find I want to do better just to show him I can.
